REGIONAL MANAGER (Restaurants) - Former Chef, Baker, General Manager who grew into institutional General Manager with responsibility for over $3 million in sales.

REGIONAL MANAGER (Hotels) - Two managers currently working for west-coast management companies. Both young, dynamic, upwardly mobile, prefer greater Seattle area.

GENERAL MANAGER (Full Service) - Two candidates from West Coast markets who worked as General Manager for the last five plus years. Very dynamic, budget and people driven.

GENERAL MANAGER (Limited Service) - Three GM's all based in Northwest. Prefer Northwest relocation.

SOUS CHEF - Two highly trained culinarians looking for the right opportunity. Will accept lateral moves or small Chef positions.

DIRECTOR OF SALES - Two strong candidates with distinctly different backgrounds. One comes from corporate hotel sales; the other is very strong with groups and associations.
